Hooman Khalili has been part of the # 1 radio morning show, “Sarah and No Name” on Alice @ 97.3, for the San Francisco Bay Area since August 1999. The Sarah and No Name morning radio show is now also on the CW network (formerly UPN) in the bay area at 11:30pm, 5 nights a week.

During his tenure on the show, Hooman has interviewed such stars as Woody Allen, Charlize Theron, Harrison Ford, Sting, John Travolta, George Lucas and Lenny Kravitz, to name a few.

He has the distinction of being the last radio personality to interview journalist and author Hunter S. Thompson before he died.
 
Hooman is one of the voice actors in the Pixar Movie “Cars,” and he recently completed a short film with Q’Orianka Kilcher of the The New World, which was funded by Maurice Kanbar.

The film has been viewed at such festivals as Sonoma, Palm Beach and the Alice 3 Minute Film Festival. The entertainment/movie critic for both NBC and CBS in the bay area for over 4 years, he also hosted his own radio show on Saturday nights on Alice@97.3.
